What does Unser Ja cost for vendors?
Profile, packages, calendar and requests are free. When a booking happens, we keep 10 % of the amount paid. No monthly fee, no subscription.
How do I get paid?
Couples pay deposit and balance through Unser Ja. Payouts go via Stripe straight to your bank account; you connect your account once.
I'm a small business – does that work?
Yes. You enter your tax details once in your profile; Unser Ja only reports what the German platform tax transparency act (PStTG) requires.
What happens if a couple cancels?
Your cancellation terms from the package apply. You keep the agreed share; the commission only applies to that.
Who sees my profile?
Everyone: your profile and packages appear in the public marketplace and in couples' workspaces. Your email and phone number stay private – couples reach you through requests and bookings.
Can I still take couples who don't come through Unser Ja?
Of course. Just add those dates as blocked days in your calendar so nobody can double-book them.
